Our fantastic single-floor  villa "Par 4 No. 22" is located at one of the most exclusive places of Gran Canaria called “Salobre Golf Resort, Maspalomas”. 

Only 8 driving minutes away from the sea, the main beaches (Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, Amadores…), and the most interesting touristic places, you will be able to enjoy some relaxing and silent days surrounded by really dreamy views on a golf environment. On the one side the Mountains, on the other one the Sea … Undoubtedly an unforgettable experience.

A “pleasant environment, with peaceful and tranquil atmosphere" are probably the best words to describe the “Par 4 “ complex. It has a large well-kept garden and a decent-sized heatable seawater pool, ideally suited to take advantage of the all-year-round weather of Gran Canaria.

Situated on one of the slopes of the Salobre Golf Course, this single-floor villa affords a magnificent view of the mountains and sea of south-west Gran Canaria. The surroundings are ideal for enjoying the silence, broken only by occasional birdsong.

It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, study and a living room with direct access to the seawater heatable pool’s area. Much attention to detail has been given to achieve a warm and modern atmosphere, ensuring visitors feel right at home.

For breakfast, lunch or dinner, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. We believe that attention to detail, even in the kitchen, is vital to ensure the best for our customers.

The rooms, all with direct access to the garden, allow in plenty of natural daylight through the large windows. The bedrooms, each with twin beds, are equipped with large wardrobes and are designed to offer the perfect night's rest after a day's entertainment.
